3. Submit a complete application
Apply online with all supporting documents and a short note about who will live in the home and your ideal move‑in date.
4. Approval and moving day
Once approved, we finalise your lease, bond and condition report, then help you prepare for a smooth move‑in.

Complete our online application form, attach your ID, proof of income, rental history and references, and submit one application per property you’re interested in.
Typically you’ll need to pay a rental bond (usually equivalent to four weeks’ rent) and your first rent payment in advance; other upfront costs like moving or utility connections are paid separately to service providers.
It is the legal contract between you and the landlord that sets out the rent, length of lease, responsibilities and conditions for living in the property.
The condition report records the state of the property when you move in, and is used at the end of the tenancy to help determine fair wear and tear versus damage and how your bond is handled.
